Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can require certain things of us about your own personal data. Use this form and we will answer within 15 calendar days of receiving it.

You do not need an account. If your ID was presented as a witness, or your name appears in a notarial record, you hold these rights whether or not you have ever signed up here.

We answer here, and we will use it to establish that you are the person this data is about.

What exactly are you asking about?

A document, a date, a notarial reference — anything that helps us find the right records. If you want everything, say so.

We will ask you to prove who you are before we disclose anything. Handing your data to somebody claiming to be you is the exact thing this right exists to prevent.
